Thank you for your continued patronage of Yumenoshima Park. Regarding construction within the park: As part of its efforts to expand renewable energy use in metropolitan facilities, Tokyo Metropolitan Government is installing a solar carport equipped with solar panels in the south parking lot (first) of Yumenoshima Park. As a result, a portion of the parking lot and part of the park path will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Regarding the partial closure of the south parking lot (first) Closure begins: Monday, July 7, 2025. Plants from the subtropical and Ogasawara Islands in Tokyo are collected here. Visitors can also enjoy endemic species such as the octopus tree and the munin nobotan.
Enjoy the feeling of traveling to the Ogasawara Islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean about 1,000 km south.

The museum is a facility that broadly introduces "the relationship between tropical plants and human life.
You can enjoy learning at various special exhibitions, events, and video halls.

Grown on heat from the waste disposal plant.

A greenhouse full of beautiful plants. The energy required for heating is covered by high-temperature water sent from the incineration plant. Plants grow with the heat of burning garbage. It is a facility that has been using energy without waste for over 30 years.

Yumenoshima Tropical Botanical Garden will cultivate and exhibit over 1,000 species of tropical plants to preserve plant diversity, and will make various efforts to provide a dream-like experience and a sustainable society. Connect to our children's future!
