However, regardless of whether the filming is for commercial or non-commercial use, if it falls under any of the categories of "filming requiring permission" below, it will be treated as "occupation of a metropolitan park" and prior permission and an occupation fee will be required.

There is no fee for filming if the footage is for news-related reporting purposes, to introduce the facilities and events of the park and botanical gardens, or to be used as the background for weather forecasts. In addition, filming at the botanical gardens may be possible on days other than their closing days. Please contact us separately and apply by filling out the press application form.

The review process will take about a week.
・If there are any errors in your application or if there are any points we would like to confirm, we will contact you by email or phone.
・If multiple applications are submitted on the same day, the first application will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications after the second will be sent cancellation emails in order of receipt.
If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
