Born in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Lives in Yokohama City. I am a mother of two, a 6-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. I have been fascinated by yoga for 15 years. I strive to provide lessons in which each breath permeates the entire body, and through yoga, not only the body but also the mind will be gently relaxed. I am studying not only yoga but also aroma, natural therapy, and anatomy every day in order to become a yoga instructor that can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of age, gender, or yoga experience and that fits each person's lifestyle. Currently, "Blue Sky Yoga Class" is being held at Shiba Park in Tokyo. In charge of private yoga in Yokohama city, "parent-child yoga classes" at child care facilities and outdoor festivals. Qualifications held: Yoga Alliance RYT200, Blissbabyyoga prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor qualification, aromatherapy certification level 1
Time 10:00-12:00 (Reception starts at 9:30)

This will be the first class to be held. Tai Chi, which uses your breathing and body, calms your mind and body.
